Thoughtful Thursday

(the three crazies and JL, the calm one)

Partners in crime. The loudest, craziest, and by chance the most irritating ones around. Everyone feeds off of our energy, or yells for us to shut up. You're like a big brother to me and M, and the other kids in the church. Seriously. Everyone loves you. You're fun and goofy, but you care a lot for every person you know. You love people and their souls more than your own comfort. You desperately want people to know the Father, and glorify Him in heaven. Last night at Bible Study, we read John 9, and verse three stuck out:

  "Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him."

The pastor that was teaching really pulled on that point; it's not because of anyone's sin that he is sick, but for God to manifest His glory! And that is exactly what God is doing. 

"Offer praise to God our Savior because of our Lord Jesus Christ! Only God can keep you from falling and make you pure and joyful in his glorious presence. Before time began and now and forevermore, God is worthy of glory, honor, power, and authority. Amen." Jude 24-25
